These programs are applicable to all sectors and widely used globally.

Vijay has conducted many seminars and spoken in various conferences which has resulted in exponential growth to participants globally.

During this pandemic, Vijay has remotely coached over a hundred CEOs, Executives, and Leaders leading to them having a clear navigational path and self-mastery.

Tim Holmes worked in asset management and the IT industry for 26 years until moving to Sirdar in 2013. During his journey from data capture clerk in London to Managing Director of FinSwitch in Cape Town, he experienced most of the aspects of a good and bad board and the typical lack of understanding of what it means to be a director of a private or family business.
Tim is passionate about education and making complex technical problems understandable to business people, originally with information technology and now with governance and the art of being an effective director.
Tim has been a shareholder, director and manager of various privately held and family businesses and is currently independent chairman of WeThinkCode_, iWMS Global Group, Norda Industries (Kenya) and Sulfo Idustries (Rwanda).

Before joining the Sirdar team, Sohin held various senior executive roles in a variety of industries and sectors, during which time these businesses have achieved significant growth.

His passion lies in seeing companies adapt easily to rapid global changes and building a strong leadership pipeline, to support growth. He blends his skills in governance, strategy, risk, finance and operations, his knowledge of innovation and transformation, and thorough understanding of kaizen and lean management principles to achieve this and to support scalability.
